Noise Limits for 2020

Post by TroyV » Mon Feb 26, 2018 1:38 pm

These numbers have been confirmed with the venues in question. Values are in dBA.

WGI - No limit.
Thompson - 103
NHMS - 98
Palmer - 95
Mont Tremblant - 92

Some of the venues state their measurement protocols, and some don't. Please prepare yourself for the possibility that you will see the black flag if you think you are close to the limit. Be ready with an alternative muffler/supertrapp, etc...

See my post regarding stricter noise requirements at Mont Tremblant here:

Long/short, if you were marginal on sound last year, you'll probably get busted for it this year...
