Re: Watkins Glen info Sept 9-10 2019

You should be able to. The lot is generally unlocked/open. If not, go to the main entrance and ask for help.

Re: Anyone know when can we enter WGI to drop cars?

The usual is that you can use one of the outside lots, but no access until the track opens Monday morning.

Re: Next year's schedule

One thing to think about as options are being discussed: Tracks are mostly fully booked (there aren't many days available at tracks, especially weekends). Clubs generally have right of first refusal on the same dates each following year. If you give up those dates (by skipping Tremblant for a year, ...

Re: Next year's schedule

The club at lime rock has made it nearly impossible for renters to get 2 complete days back to back. Many clubs now have to rent two half-days.

And 2 days rental there is very expensive. I believe well over $40k.

Re: Dynojet chassis dyno

I'd suggest https://www.aceperformancesystems.com/dyno-tuning/ in Tewksbury, MA, especially if you need tuning.
I realize it's not in NH though.

Re: Spec Miata for sale...any info?

No specifics. Do you need basic info on SM?

For example, the Bilstein shocks are on their way out, replaced by much better Penske.

Are you sure it's open? I haven't seen any announcement that it finally did open.

Yes, the Crevier has 93 or 94. It's just outside the track entrance. https://www.google.com/maps/place/CREVIER/@46.1939484,-74.6232322,15z/data=!4m13!1m7!3m6!1s0x4ccf760dbc945217:0x5040cadae4d54c0!2sMont-Tremblant,+QC,+Canada!3b1!8m2!3d46.1184616!4d-74.5961852!3m4!1s0x4ccf9d91c91ff25b:0xf216e11f0e02...

Re: Hauler Camping at Mont-Tremblant

That was allowed last year. Depending on how large your vehicle is, you'll want to plan to enter via the public/karting entrance to avoid the downtown area. You'll cross over the track via the bridge. Tuesday night you might need to relocate to the edge of the paddock, but people stuck around Tuesda...

Re: mx5 cup suspension

Nothing in our rule books is concerned with "Factory". That's Autox BS typically. It's not stock, so in touring you have to take points for it. Is it adjustable? Are the coil springs height adjustable? Assuming no adjustment for shocks/springs, if the shocks/springs are not stock, you'd have to take...

Re: Hoosier A7 vs A7 question

Thank you Jeff, But gripwise is the R7 just the same as the A7? Regardless of points, which one would you use for our formatted races? A7s are a good fit for TTs on shorter tracks and cooler weather. At longer tracks or in hotter weather, the A7 can 'fall off' performance-wise and in those situatio...
