2016 Touring Classification Tool is Now Available!

You can now find the 2016 COM Sports Car Club Touring classification tool HERE.  Fill this out to determine what Touring class your car slots into for 2016.  All rule changes can be found HERE- changes for 2016 are in bold red text.  One important change for 2016 to note:  “Prior to competing in a Time Trial, each entrant must submit to a COMSCC Steward a classification sheet (Touring classes) or power/weight figures (Super classes).”  If you have any rules-related questions please email rules@comscc.org

COM moving registrations to MotorsportReg

As you are relaxing in the off season and enjoying our bountiful weather, your COM officers and board of directors have been diligently working to make COM a better place in 2015. At the recent board meeting it was decided to move the COMSCC registration processing to the MotorsportReg (MSR) system. (more…)

Track information pages updated

Dave Guertin offered up some great photos to add to Will Martins Mosport walk through. Thanks Dave.

While I was adding the photos I also plugged in Vimeo videos and Google Maps some of the other track pages. Calabogie, Mount-Tremblant, Lime Rock, Mosport, NHMS, Summit Point and Watkins Glen have all been updated.

Flag definitions page added

We’ve added a Flag Definitions page to the site. Hopefully this will help new, and experienced, members better understand each flag’s meaning.

Major update to the Forums

We’ve made a major update to our forums. This update includes a lot of new features.

We’re pleased to bring you a new website for the 2008 season.This website is long overdue and is a work in progress. If you find any issues with the site please let us know in our forums.

New registration system

We’re happy to announce that we have a new registration system. This system will be a huge help in streamlining event setup. A big thanks goes out to Fred Fergerson for getting the system online.
