The 2009 rulebook has been posted. Changes include:
- Looser restriction on wheel diameters in Showroom Stock (SS) to allow wheels of smaller diameter for cars delivered with wheels 17″ or greater
- Panhard bars are now allowed in Street Touring (ST) …we call that one the Dan Darcy special
- Are restraints can be substituted for window nets in Prepared (P)
- ..along with a few other clarifications of the language
