Sanair
Sanair is a multi-configuration road course/drag strip/oval short track located in ST-PIE, Quebec, Canada, east of Montreal. The road course configuration is about 1 mile in length.
Sanair was supposed to be a new track for COMSCC in 1998, but
unfortunately, we lost the July date we were hoping for. If we
get an opportunity to run Sanair sometime in the future, we will
add more information to this page.
There is an official Web site at http://www.Sanairracing.com/.
Track Configurations
There is only one road course configuration. A drag strip and oval short track share some of the pavement with the road course.
Directions
Sanair is located on Route 235 North, exit 55 off Route 10, east of Montreal.
Helpful Hints
- It is advisable to obtain an insurance card from your insurance company covering your auto while in Canada. Also, you should have a complete listing of all equipment being brought into the country (parts, tools, tires, etc).
- Do not bring a radar detector into Canada, as they are illegal and will be confiscated if found.
- There is no leaded gas in Canada. Bring your own racing gas, but only enough for the event.
- There may be drag racing available under the lights after the Saturday driver's school! More information will be available in the registration package.
